Jonathon Sprinkle
Jonathon Sprinkle is a seasoned entrepreneur who built his own multi-million-dollar custom remodeling business from the ground up. For more than 15 years, he has successfully invested in, remodeled and flipped dozens of commercial and residential real estate properties in several markets. He now shares his expertise with other investors and novices who have the passion to do the deal, but who need a reputable and experienced investment partner to lead the way. Jonathon and his team are able to help investors identify the best properties and business methods to achieve their goals and then ensure that the entire project – from start to finish – is done right.
While Jonathon’s experience may speak for itself, you learn most about a person’s passion, integrity and commitment by looking at someone through a deeper life lens.
Jonathon was born into a hardworking family – to a dad in the sales field and a mom who dedicated her life providing nursing care to patients in the ER. Jonathon’s life changed abruptly at age 11 when his dad became ill. Then and throughout his teen years, Jonathon helped his working mom care for his dad as his dad’s health rapidly deteriorated. His father passed away when Jonathon was just 28.
That experience taught both Jonathon and his sister, Christy, the importance of family, dedication, and hard work. Since earning her master’s degree and working for a nonprofit in South Africa, Christy has been a large and integral part of Jonathon’s team, helping him run the back end of his multi-million-dollar remodeling business. Jonathon’s mom, Lynn, also helped to manage oversight of the business since retiring from her full time job a few years ago.
Jonathon’s extensive business acumen has been built one experience at a time. Starting with his first job as a vet tech assistant when he was just 15. During his teen years through the age of 20, he also managed a bowling center, and was working 50-60 hours a week on the culinary team of a private catering company housed at the University of Texas Alumni Center. Thoughts of becoming a chef were real at that time, but at age 19 he decided a career in the trades might be more up his alley.
Jonathon accepted a position as a facilities maintenance technician at a semiconductor company, followed by a department management position at Lowes. While working at Lowes, Jonathon started his first business as a handyman. By age 21, Jonathon became an electrician full time, worked for Home Depot nights and weekends, and moonlighting in his own remodeling projects part time. Jonathon worked as an electrician for 3 years, obtaining his wireman’s license and running full crews wiring full custom homes and commercial projects.
